Hanscom's Family Child Care (FCC) program offers families alternative childcare, allowing children to participate in a less structured,
home-like environment. Providers are able to accommodate parents' various work schedules by offering full-time and part-time care, drop-in services, as well as weekend and evening care.

FCC homes are licensed by the group commander in coordination with health, fire & safety agencies, and are monitored by the FCC coordinator.
