Hanscom's indoor Olympic-sized Swimming Pool offers lessons for all ages, open & lap swim, SCUBA lessons, Lifeguard Courses, Flick 'n' Float movie nights, a kids' splashpad, birthday parties, swim teams, year-round pool passes and more.

Eligibility: Military ID cardholders are eligible to purchase family memberships. DoD civilians/contractors are eligible to purchase a single membership, yearly membership or a 10 visit punch card pass and may bring family and guests for a daily fee of $4.

CHILDREN'S LESSONS Cost is $48 per session per child

ADULT SWIM LESSONS Come learn how to swim or improve your stroke! These lessons are for ages 16 and older. Cost is $8 per class and is FREE for Active Duty.

  • Beginner class | Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
  • Intermediate class | Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m
  • Advanced class | Wednesdays at 6 p.m.

    Complete the course in just one weekend!

    The class format allows participants to complete the academic and confined water training in just one weekend! The weekend session will begin on Friday evenings with a 2.5 hour class introduction. Saturday and Sunday's sessions combine both academic and pool training. Upon completion participants are qualified for the open water session via a referral or coordinate with the course instructor. Must be 16+

    Course Dates:

    • January 27, 28, & 29 register by Jan. 24
    • February 24, 25, & 26 register by Feb. 21
    • March 24, 25, & 26 register by Mar. 21

    Full Course: learn the basics in classroom and in the pool then complete the four open water dives locally on a guided tour. This includes rental equipment* for pool sessions and the four open water dives.
    Cost: $473.00

    Referral Course: learn the basics in the classroom and in the pool but travel to a different location and do your four open water dives. This includes rental equipment* for pool sessions.
    Cost: $274.00

  • AMERICAN RED CROSS LIFEGUARD TRAINING COURSE: next sessions will be held in February & April 2017
    A prerequisite swim test is required before registering for this course. Candidates must be able to swim 500yards consistently using only freestyle or/and breaststroke.

    This course is a blend of online learning and in water skills. The online portion of this course must be completed prior to the first day of scheduled water practices. After completing each section of the online program, candidates must print off there completion status page and return them to instructor.

    All scheduled in water classes must be attended for successful completion of this certification. Candidates must bring a bathing suit, towel, notebook and pen. We recommend that candidates also bring drinking water and snacks. This course is physically challenging. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a 2 year certification in Lifeguarding, CPR PRO, First Aid and AED.


  • Aqua Spin Class: Thursdays | 5:30 p.m. 
    Are you ready to rev up your workout? Try a total body aqua spinning workout on Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m. Participants will use the water as resistance, employing multiple bike positions, leg cadence and various arm movements to challenge their entire body to get a full workout in 45 minutes. You will leave the class energized and feeling the burn. $3 per class FREE FOR ACTIVE DUTY
  • Aqua Fitness classes: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30-6:30 p.m.
    The class uses deep-water exercises to work different muscle groups to increase muscle tone, strength, endurance & flexibility. Open to all adults. Classes are $3 each, or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30 and receive your 11th class FREE! Club discounts not applicable.


Host a birthday party here to celebrate birthdays with a SPLASH!

Our Pool Party Pack includes cheese pizza & juice boxes, and allows you to enjoy 1 hour of pool time and exclusive use of the party area for the entire time of the scheduled party. Party times are on Saturdays either 12-2 p.m. or 2:15-4:15 p.m. (based on availability). Call us to book a party or for more information.

You get all this for $150 for up to 15 children (add $10 per child thereafter). A $75 deposit is due at time of reservation, 
and the remaining balance must be paid the Thursday prior to your scheduled party.

Splashpad safety rules 
no lifeguard on duty

The Splashpad is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

  • Children must be accompanied and supervised by parent, guardian, or 18 years old 
  • Splashpad is restricted to children 6 and under
  • Please walk at all times; no running 
  • No climbing on the equipment 
  • No horseplay
  • No pushing 
  • Children playing in the splashpad must wear swim apparel – bathing suits, rash shirts and swim diapers 
  • No regular diapers are permitted 
  • No food and/or glass containers beyond indicated point
  • Beach/water toys are not permitted in the Splashpad area
  • Please do not hang towels or clothing on the fence
  • In the event of threatening weather, the Splashpad will be closed
  • No chairs on the black Splashpad top
  • No strollers beyond indicated point
  • No smoking
  • Slip-resistant or water shoes are recommended
  • Management and lifeguards reserve the right to limit entry if the facility has reached its capacity


In the case of severe weather the pool will close, and will remain closed for 30 minutes after the last sighting of lightning or sound of thunder.
