Boys & Girls Club
Hanscom's Youth Programs are affiliated with Boys & Girls Club of America, a national organization with a mission to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. One of the most important principles of the Boys & Girls Club "movement" is the assurance of fun and interesting experiences. Along with personal relationships with YP staff, the experiences and opportunities for youth establish principles that, while each is important, collectively they have a deep impact on the lives of young people.

• Boys & Girls Club of America:

4-H is the youth education branch of the Cooperative Extension Service, a program of the United States Department of Agriculture. Each state and each county has access to a County Extention Office for both youth
and adult programs.

4-H enables youths to have fun, meet new people, learn new life skills, build self-confidence, learn responsibility, and set and achieve goals! It develops all youths to reach their fullest potential through: developing life skills; learning by doing; utilizing the knowledge of the land-grant university system.
