RULES/RESTRICTIONS
Adults = age 10 and over
Children = ages 3-9
Base ticket - Base ticket is the starter ticket for Walt Disney World and includes one theme park admission per day for the number of days on the ticket. Ticket expires 14 days from the first use and does not include park hopping or admission to other gated attractions like Disney water parks or Pleasure Island.
Park Hopper® ticket - The Park Hopper® option allows guests to come and go as they please through all four Walt Disney® theme parks on the very same day. Ticket expires 14 days from the first day of use and does not include other gated attractions such as Disney water parks or Pleasure Island.
No Expiration Option tickets must be purchased at the gate. Cost varies depending on the length of time selected for your Disney ticket.
Please note:

All orders are placed on a prepaid basis only.
• Tickets must be ordered at least 10 days in advance.
• We accept orders Monday to Thursday before 3:30 p.m.
• Tickets are not in stock at Hanscom's Tickets & Tours office. Orders are placed at headquarters in San Antonio, TX, and shipped to us within 7 to 10 days if tickets are in stock.
• A military or DoD ID card must be presented at the time of purchase; no exceptions.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please make sure you verify what you are ordering before leaving our office.
• Prices and entitlements are subject to change at any time.
